The Turnzz spot Turn Disc is a training tool to help strengthen technique to improve turns.
It has been designed so that the user must be on relevé as per proper technique, however the machined turned curved base ensures that the user needs to be fully centred to maintain rotation.
The Turnzz spot can initially be used at the barre whilst the user is developing their balance, through strengthening their support leg and core muscles.
When the user feels they can balance securely on the Spot they can move to the centre. The slightly curved base of the Spot reduces friction and makes multiple rotations easier – whilst building strength and improving the proper technique.
It can even be used for turns in second, fouettés and kick turns.
